Live Oak Baptist Church exist to fulfill the great commission by assembling together to learn the truth of God’s Word, and we dedicate ourselves to live out that truth by taking it outside the walls to those in need in our community.

Life groups are a vital part of this mission and vision!
What is a life group?
Life groups exist at Live Oak Baptist Church to move people from proximity to community. Moving a person from a casual relationship with God (proximity) to becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ (community).
What will it look like?
Life groups will be meeting in a LOBC member's home. Groups will be encouraged to do life together. Conversations with group members lead to relationships where life happens. When life happens, we strive to have more and more characteristics of Christ and a group to offer guidance and support in the challenges and victories of life.
What about my kids?
If we are doing life together, this includes your children as well. We WELCOME them! Each group will have a designated time to engage your children and help you become the primary spiritual leader in their life.
How do I choose a group?
